Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Cell Biology, Biochemistry, Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory, and/or relevant experience.
• 3 years of previous experience in a clinical laboratory or IT in a clinical lab environment (including internships, college, certification time, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders and ensure high satisfaction.
• Install and validate diagnostic instruments, software, and reagent applications.
• Provide on-site training to laboratory personnel on Roche systems and workflows.
• Resolve complex technical issues and perform root cause analysis to minimize downtime.
• Provide scientific and applications expertise to laboratory stakeholders and medical professionals.
• Relay customer feedback to support and commercial teams to improve products.
• Support pre-sales activities with demonstrations and technical consultations.
• Maintain accurate records of service activities and travel/expenses as required.
• Travel overnight up to 50% within the territory (NJ and Philadelphia area).
