Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years implementing and evaluating complex laboratory or IT products and systems.
• Strong communication, training and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary liaison during implementation and customer training.
• Provide on-site advisory support and optimize Roche solutions for customers.
• Identify opportunities for new system consumables and drive revenue growth.
• Maintain quality systems and ensure consistent customer satisfaction.
