Job summary

Epiroc is seeking a Product and Applications Specialist to provide deep product and application expertise to sales teams, dealers, distributors, and customers within North America. This remote, field-oriented role travels 40–60% to support product selection, training, demonstrations, and customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of relevant technical experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline preferred.
• Experience with attachments, capital equipment, or dealers preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly (domestic and international).
• Strong mechanical and technical aptitude with ability to assess product capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical and application expert for assigned Epiroc attachment products, applications, and market segments.
• Work with the sales team in the field to support dealer, distributor, and customer opportunities.
• Provide application guidance to help ensure the right attachment is matched to the right carrier, jobsite condition, and customer need.
• Answer product and application-specific questions related to equipment capabilities, limitations, operating considerations, and product fit.
• Support product demonstrations, trials, and proof-of-concept activities by providing technical and application expertise.
• Assist with customer discussions where deeper product knowledge is needed to support confidence in the recommended solution.
• Provide field-based coaching and support to strengthen product confidence across the sales and dealer/distributor network.
