This role blends deep technical expertise with commercial judgment, acting as the on-site technical champion for key accounts and collaborating with Product Management, Sales, Engineering, and global R&D teams.

Qualifications

• B.S.E. in Electrical, Mechanical, or related engineering discipline.
• 5+ years of related product or field application experience in power electronics.
• Hands-on expertise with AC/DC, DC/DC converters, chargers, motor drives.
• Familiarity with thermal solutions (fans, liquid cooling, pumps).

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and project leadership for named key accounts as factory liaison.
• Deliver pre-sales applications support to expand adoption at strategic customers.
• Serve as the go-to technical expert, testing new product introductions and validating performance.
• Collaborate with R&D to resolve product issues and drive improvements.
• Support sales through training, launches, documentation, and trade shows.
• Develop customer-facing materials like application notes and presentations.
• Deliver design-in support and on-site customer training.
