Qualifications

• B.S.E. in Electrical, Mechanical, or related engineering discipline.
• 5+ years of related product or field application experience in power electronic products.
• Proven ability to translate customer needs into solutions and champion those solutions internally.
• Hands-on expertise with power electronics (AC/DC, DC/DC, DC/AC converters, chargers, motor drives).
• Familiarity with thermal solutions (axial fans, EC fans, liquid cooling, solenoids, pumps).
• Willingness to travel 20–30%.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical leadership for named key accounts as factory liaison.
• Deliver pre-sales applications support to expand adoption at strategic customers.
• Become the go-to technical expert, testing new product introductions and validating performance.
• Partner with R&D to close the loop on product issues, bugs, or improvements.
• Support sales with training, product launches, technical documentation, and industry trade shows.
• Develop customer-facing materials highlighting solutions.
