The role involves driving successful implementation of power and thermal products, understanding customer needs, and building cross‑functional relationships across Product Management, Sales, and Engineering. The on‑site role requires delivering pre‑sales demonstrations, design‑in support, and post‑sales troubleshooting, with travel of 20–30% and relocation assistance if needed.

Qualifications

• B.S.E. in Electrical, Mechanical, or related engineering discipline.
• 5+ years’ related product or field application experience in power electronic products.
• Mandarin/Chinese bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre‑sales demonstrations and design‑in support for key accounts.
• Be on‑site technical champion at customer locations and partner organizations.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, and Engineering to deliver solutions.
• Travel 20–30% to customer sites and events.
