Job summary

LanceSoft is seeking a Field Applications professional to join the team that supports instrument validation, training, and customer success. You will work with the Technical Applications Supervisor and customers to ensure proper use and maintenance of instrumentation, addressing questions and ensuring compliance with specifications and regulatory requirements.

The role involves remote and on-site support, travel up to 80%, and collaboration with Tech Support, Field Service, Sales, and Customer

Qualifications

• Associate's degree with 3+ years in laboratory/diagnostic instrumentation or related field.
• Advanced knowledge of Diagnostics or Healthcare Industry with emphasis on Laboratory Regulatory environment.
• Willingness to travel domestically 80% of the time; good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and manage validation studies on instrumentation including setup, calibration, precision studies, and method comparisons.
• Troubleshoot assay and QC issues remotely and onsite for customers.
• Lead onsite training for customers on proper operation of instrumentation.
