Job summary

Humanoid is seeking a Field Application Engineer to support deployment and integration of humanoid robot solutions at customer facilities across North America. The role involves on-site visits, data collection, lab simulations, demos, and on-site PoC/pilot supervision to ensure successful deployment.

The position requires a Bachelor's in Engineering or equivalent, hands-on robotics experience, and strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
Hands-on skills in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, assembly and maintenance.
Experience managing robotics or automation pilot projects and deployments.
Strong problem-solving, organizational and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

Support deployment and implementation of humanoid robot solutions at customer locations.
Visit customer facilities to gather data and ensure successful integration.
Build test rigs and environments for reliability and testing.
Organize and conduct live product demonstrations in lab and with customers.
Represent Humanoid at expos and industry events with demos.
Test product releases and ensure timely delivery to sites.
Support on-site solution integration and PoC/pilot projects.
Collect product data and feedback to improve performance.
Perform minor maintenance and remote troubleshooting.
Collaborate with engineering, product, and customer support teams.
