Qualifications

• Deployment & support experience with physical hardware and field installations.
• Customer engineering experience to identify pain points and implement solutions.
• Strong understanding of sensor integration, networking, and edge compute basics.
• Experience with data transfer, storage, and infrastructure concepts at the edge.
• Familiarity with scientific workflows and processes; curiosity about science and AI.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end hardware procurement, assembly, and deployment at customer sites.
• Design and execute robust tests to ensure reliable operation in lab conditions.
• Own on‑site installation, configuration, and data flow to customers.
• Work with scientists to tailor sensor placements and edge solutions for experiments.
• Translate field observations into requirements for hardware and software teams.
• Provide proactive customer success by surfacing insights from platform data.
