Job summary

The role drives design wins by interfacing with customers' engineering teams and suppliers, supporting pre/post sales, research, design and development.

The position focuses on developing and executing a technical sales strategy, uncovering customer needs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver full solutions and accelerate design

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 8+ years in sales, with senior level experience.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycles and design process.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes technical sales account penetration strategy in each market.
• Present new products and technologies to current and potential customers and suppliers.
• Identify key technical decision makers and influencers in each account.
• Collaborate with design, production and engineering to craft technical strategies that solve customer design challenges.
• Create presentations and sales tools to enhance technical value.
• Proactively align with sales team to secure business and train on applications.
• Research industry players to understand trends and directions.
• Attend training to maintain certification as necessary.
