MasterMover Inc. in Charlotte, NC is seeking an Applications Engineer to work directly with manufacturers and logistics facilities, evaluating, demonstrating and helping adopt AGV and advanced material movement technologies in real-world environments.

This hands-on, field-facing role requires traveling across North America to customer sites, delivering demonstrations, validating applications, training operators and supporting successful deployment.

Qualifications

• Practical AGV experience.
• Experience supporting automation, robotics, intralogistics or material handling applications.
• Customer-facing technical experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Mechanical and technical problem-solving capability.
• Ability to work independently in customer environments.
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout North America.
• A passion for technology and customer success.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate customer applications and perform site assessments.
• Demonstrate technology and validate AGV solutions in real environments.
• Plan and run customer evaluations, trials and proofs of concept.
• Provide operator training and support product adoption at sites.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer journey.
