VisionNav Robotics USA Inc is seeking a field-oriented professional to support AGF/AGV projects. The role involves onsite deployment, debugging, customer training, and post-install maintenance on overseas projects, with responsibilities for documentation and schedule follow-up.

Strong communication and adaptability are essential for success. Applicants with CAD/SolidWorks skills and experience in electrical automation or FAE work are preferred.

Qualifications

• Familiar with CAD, SolidWorks, Excel, Word, PPT and other office software.
• Good learning ability.
• Good communication skills is preferred.
• Enthusiastic in work, strong adaptability and stress resistance, good teamwork spirit and customer service awareness, able to travel.
• Having experience in electrical automation industry and FAE work experience is preferred.
• Having experience in AGV, AGF or forklift maintenance is preferred.

Responsabilités

• AGF onsite deployment, debugging, troubleshooting and customer training in overseas project.
• AGF operational status tracking, recording and summarizing in overseas project onsite, and regularly reporting to project manager.
• Responsible for project documentations.
• After-sales repair and maintenance.
• Develop and follow up project schedule plan for overseas projects, communication and coordinate with customers for technical problems.
• Timely feedback customer requirement, constantly improve project management skills and improve customer service level; Complete other tasks assigned by the manager.
