You will collaborate with Sales, Operations, Project Management, vendors, and customers throughout the solution lifecycle.

Responsibilities include sales support, technical coordination, and project management assistance.

• Ability to design layouts and analyze customer requirements.
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise during the sales process.
• Support customer presentations, demonstrations, and proposal reviews.
• Develop pricing support and quotation documentation.
• Assist with sales training and knowledge sharing.
• Maintain opportunity and project information within CRM systems.
• Analyze customer requirements, workflows, and operational challenges.
• Conduct site surveys and gather data for solution development.
• Design facility layouts, system concepts, and design alternatives.
• Prepare bills of material, equipment recommendations, and supporting documentation.
• Research emerging technologies and warehouse systems.
