Qualifications

• BS degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Experience in Application Engineering, Field Service, Technical Support, Engineering, or a similar technical role.
• Ability to travel approximately 40% for customer visits and field support.

Responsibilities

• Pre-sale and application support: qualify opportunities and lead the technical side of the sales process.
• Review customer specifications and requirements; deliver quotes and technical responses.
• Site visits, customer training, and demonstrations; build long-term customer relationships.
• Support field investigations, root cause analysis, and technical reporting; collaborate with Quality and Engineering.
