Job summary

Fluke Reliability Systems, a Fortive company, is seeking a Remote Field Service Engineer to travel across North America performing professional services that support maintenance reliability and prevent unplanned downtime. You will train clients, document service reports, and work with cross-functional teams while maintaining safety standards and lifting up to 50 lbs.

A Bachelor's degree in engineering and strong English communication are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in electrical/ mechanical engineering.
• Travel willingness: 50%-85% primarily North America with some international travel.
• Proficiency in English communications: writing, speaking, reading.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites to perform professional services and support reliability initiatives.
• Schedule travel, manage expenses and submit reports promptly.
• Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and implement corrective actions.
• Create service reports and supplemental documentation in the company database.
• Provide remote/onsite product training for clients to improve product knowledge.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (customer support, marketing/sales, management).
• Train other field engineers in the solutions.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
