Qualifications

• BS degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field is required.
• 2+ years of experience in an Engineering role.
• Excellent verbal and writing skills with a strong customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer technical assistance from quotation through post shipment and installation.
• Research and identify product solutions; initiate new product models to meet customer needs.
• Support manufacturing by answering technical questions and troubleshooting order related problems.
• Analyze product failures and customer concerns; generate reports and CQCs as required.
