You will handle service reports, parts ordering, and safety compliance while delivering reliable customer service and maintaining detailed documentation. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Basic plumbing and electrical knowledge is preferred.
• Previous appliance repair experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Service and repair: diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair washers and dryers at customer sites.
• Maintenance: perform routine upkeep to extend appliance life.
• Customer service: interact professionally with customers and provide guidance on use and care.
• Documentation: maintain service reports and update records.
• Parts and inventory management: track parts and order supplies as needed.
• Safety compliance: follow safety protocols and protect customers’ property.
