Job summary

PharmaEssentia USA is seeking a Senior Manager/Associate Director to lead field analytics and insights for U.S. teams. You will frame high-value questions, synthesize data from CRM, claims, specialty pharmacy, and digital sources, and translate findings into strategic recommendations.

The role requires hybrid work in Burlington, MA, with 3 on-site days. You will build scalable reporting, drive KPI roadmaps, and mentor field and HQ teams while partnering with PE-CX, sales, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field is required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum five years in commercial/field analytics within life sciences or related industry.
• Ability to translate ambiguous questions into actionable business implications.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of national and subnational field analytics strategy and KPI framework.
• Integrate CRM, claims, EHR, and digital data to evaluate performance and opportunities.
• Create scalable dashboards and narratives for field leaders and senior management.
