CVS Health is seeking a Manager of AI User Enablement to lead field-facing efforts for how Pharmacy Services Finance learns to work with AI. You will curate training, coach colleagues, and develop a repository of practical resources to turn AI curiosity into confident everyday use.

This role partners with Finance business units, training teams, and governance to design role-based curricula, run sessions, and build a community of practitioners.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in AI enablement or similar.
• Expert communication and facilitation skills with senior stakeholders.
• 3+ years designing and delivering training or organizational change programs.
• 2+ years driving adoption without direct authority.

Aufgaben

• Act as a forward‑deployed analyst partnering with Finance units on adoption and literacy.
• Develop role‑based AI enablement curriculum with sessions, demos, workshops, and coaching.
• Support build and maintenance of prompt libraries, use‑case patterns, and plain‑language guides.
• Establish a practitioner community and champion network; surface adoption barriers and misuse.
