Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Manager of AI User Enablement to lead field-facing training for the Pharmacy Services Finance organization. You will build literacy, curate learning materials, and drive an enablement program across finance teams, leveraging Copilot and Claude tools in daily workflows.

The role emphasizes hands-on teaching, curriculum design, and governance-aligned training, with up to 10% travel and a comprehensive benefits package. 40-hour weeks, full-time employment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Expert communication and facilitation skills with senior stakeholders.
• 3+ years designing and delivering training, enablement, or change programs.
• 2+ years driving adoption across teams without direct authority.
• 1+ years of AI enablement or AI project management in business.
• Deep expertise with Microsoft Copilot and Claude Desktop/Cowork; PowerPoint and design.
• Distinguish Copilot, Claude Desktop, and Claude Cowork with clear usage.
• Translate complex concepts into plain language for non-technical professionals.
• Travel up to 10% (including by plane).

Responsibilities

• Act as forward-deployed analyst partnering with Finance on adoption.
• Develop role-based AI enablement curriculum and training events.
• Maintain prompt libraries, agent examples, and use-case guides.
• Establish practitioner community and champion network; surface gaps.
• Translate survey results into user journey maps and enablement strategies.
• Measure adoption and learning; report baselines and progress.
• Turn coaching into reusable, scalable assets.
• Coordinate with governance, product and stakeholders; align training to standards.
