Mulzer Crushed Stone, Inc., a CRH Company, seeks an Aggregate Sales Representative to drive pricing growth, deliver exceptional customer service, and expand the SW Indiana market for limestone, sand, and gravel. You will build strong relationships with contractors, municipalities, and end users while collaborating with production, sales, and marketing teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in field sales or territory management, preferably in building materials or construction-related industries.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce or similar CRM tools, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of aggregate accounts within the assigned territory.
• Prospect for new business and convert leads into long-term relationships.
• Prepare and present sales presentations, quotations, and proposals that communicate customer value.
• Develop and execute pricing strategies and negotiate terms to meet company objectives.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities in Salesforce.
• Manage the sales pipeline and regularly report forecasts and opportunity status.
• Collaborate with operations and other teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
