Job summary

Mulzer Crushed Stone, Inc. is seeking an Aggregate Sales Representative to grow pricing and market share for crushed limestone, sand, and gravel from Temple & Tower quarries.

You will build relationships with contractors, municipalities, and end users, while collaborating with operations, production, and marketing teams across territories. Responsibilities include prospecting for new business, delivering professional proposals, and maintaining Salesforce records.

Qualifications

• Experience in field sales or territory management in construction-related industries.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce or similar CRM tools is a plus.
• Willingness to travel overnight to support sales activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of aggregate accounts within the assigned territory.
• Prospect for new business, qualify opportunities, and convert leads into long-term relationships.
• Prepare and present quotations and proposals that communicate customer value.
• Maintain complete records of customer interactions and sales activities in Salesforce.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure reliable execution and customer satisfaction.
