The Aggregate Sales Representative will drive pricing growth, deliver exceptional customer service, and expand the market by selling across multiple product lines and maintaining strong customer relationships.

The role emphasizes in-person customer engagement, collaboration with production and marketing, and logging all activity in Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Experience in field sales or territory management.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel overnight when needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of aggregate accounts within SW Indiana.
• Prospect for new business and convert leads into long-term relationships.
• Understand customer operations and market dynamics for pricing strategies.
• Prepare and present quotations and proposals communicating customer value.
