Job summary

Universal Technical Institute is seeking a Field Admissions Representative to recruit students for its programs by partnering with local high schools and communities. This remote role covers a 120-mile radius and requires you to live in or near Monmouth or Middlesex counties, NJ, traveling as needed to schools and events.

You will build relationships, present information, manage CRM data, and strive to meet enrollment goals while following established guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree a plus.
• 3–5 years outside sales experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with public speaking preferred.
• Ability to present to diverse audiences and engage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with dealerships, industry partners, high schools and local communities.
• In person presentations at high schools and offsite events.
• Consultative interviews and CRM follow-up with prospective students.
• Public speaking and presenting program information and financing options.
• Monitor and meet enrollment goals through outreach and recruitment.
• Adhere to external regulatory criteria and internal procedures.
• Other duties as necessary.
