Stellantis is seeking an In-Field Life Quality Lead to enhance customer vehicle quality on Autonomous Driving Systems and component features. The role develops strategies to meet ambitious Quality, Cost, Timing, and Performance objectives and leads teams to implement effective solutions.

You will diagnose vehicle issues, conduct RCA with Control Tower and Engineering, drive modifications to components or processes, and organize reviews with suppliers and engineering to improve Design Quality and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of related experience.
• Experience in Engineering, Quality, and/or Manufacturing.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver changes on time.
• Experience with Root Cause Analysis and corrective actions.
• Strong communication skills across executive to staff levels.

Responsabilités

• Build warranty improvement plan to meet quality objectives.
• Demonstrate responsiveness to meet quality and production needs.
• Diagnosis of vehicle issues and RCA with Control Tower and Engineering.
• Lead modifications to components/processes to improve quality.
• Organize reviews with top problematic suppliers and teams on design quality.
• Support changes to Serial Life Window and Change Management.
• Lead creation and use of best practices with 5 Whys analysis.
• Issue field solutions with Aftersales and service updates.
• Lead survey analysis with corrective actions for defects.
• Build survey improvements for things gone wrong.
• Support HUB activities to capture logs for difficult problems.
• Utilize OTA data to support analysis and solutions.
