Job summary

Stellantis NV is seeking an In-Field Life Quality Lead to drive quality for autonomous driving features and vehicle components. You will develop strategies to meet quality objectives, lead cross-functional teams, diagnose issues, and implement effective solutions across suppliers and engineering groups.

The role requires strong English communication, 8+ years of experience in engineering/quality/manufacturing, and the ability to travel 10% in the USA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field indicating strong technical knowledge.
• 8+ years of related experience in engineering, quality, or manufacturing.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver on-time product changes.
• Proven RCA and corrective action experience; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to meet quality targets for autonomous driving features.
• Lead warranty improvement plans and coordinate with engineering and quality teams.
• Diagnose vehicle issues and perform root cause analysis with Control Tower and Engineering.
• Recommend component/process modifications to improve vehicle quality.
• Organize reviews with suppliers and internal teams on design quality issues.
• Coordinate improvements to serial life window and change management processes.
• Create and implement best practices using 3 Legged 5 Why analysis.
• Address systemic quality issues with Aftersales and field feedback.
• Analyze surveys and implement corrective actions for defects and dislikes.
• Support HUB activities to capture logs for difficult problems and use OTA data for analysis.
