Stellantis is seeking a Quality Function Manager for Electrical Architecture, Diagnostic Strategy and Functional Safety to drive E/E quality across vehicle systems. You will verify design standards, ensure process discipline, and enable robust, safe solutions from concept through launch and field monitoring.

You will lead reviews with Systems Engineering, Electrical Architecture, Diagnostics, Functional Safety, Software, Hardware, Manufacturing and Service teams to ensure quality deliverables

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 8+ years of engineering experience in automotive E/E quality.
• Strong background in electrical architecture, diagnostics, and functional safety.
• Knowledge of DFMEA, System FMEA, DVP&R, APQP, risk management and launch readiness.
• Ability to verify standards, process adherence, and deliverable maturity.

Responsabilités

• Lead proactive analysis of customer claims, warranty data, diagnostic reports, and field feedback to identify risk patterns.
• Ensure design integrity by applying standards, release processes, and safety work-product expectations.
• Collaborate with Engineering teams to review architecture, diagnostics, and safety options for robust solutions.
• Verify DFMEA, System FMEA, design reviews, diagnostics specs, validation evidence, and safety work products.
• Release structured quality reports at milestones, outlining deliverables, gaps, and recovery plans.
• Drive root-cause analysis across architecture, software, hardware, networking, and diagnostics.
• Define diagnostic strategy effectiveness and prevention of unnecessary part replacements.
• Support functional safety governance with traceability and verification evidence.
• Manage risks, deviations, and open quality points with clear action plans and governance.
• Capture Lessons Learned and best practices into standards and quality gates.
• Assist launch readiness with architecture maturity, diagnostic readiness, and field monitoring.
