Job summary

Chobani is seeking a Sr. Specialist, Product Activation to drive seamless day-to-day execution of product sampling programs. You will manage field operations, cold chain, inventory and staffing to create high-quality consumer touchpoints that boost trial and retail conversion.

The role requires a hands-on operator who thrives in a fast-moving field environment, with a focus on flawless execution, safety and brand integrity.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in field marketing, experiential marketing, event operations, or sampling program management.
• Experience managing logistics, vehicles, or cold storage (food/bev) preferred.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end mobile sampling program execution across markets and events.
• Oversee fleet vehicle scheduling, setup, cleanliness, and maintenance.
• Ensure food safety and cold chain protocols for perishable products.
• Maintain field marketing assets, uniforms, storage units and equipment.
