Job summary

Chobani is seeking a Sr. Specialist, Product Activation to execute on-device sampling programs across markets with a hands-on, field-based approach. You will manage field operations, cold chain integrity, inventory, and staffing to drive trial and brand affinity.

The role emphasizes operational excellence, training and supervising brand ambassadors, and coordinating with Sales to maximize in-store conversion and consumer engagement.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in field/experiential marketing or sampling program management.
• Experience managing logistics, vehicles, or cold storage systems (food/bev preferred).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with problem solving.
• Willing to work flexible hours including travel, mornings/evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of mobile sampling programs across markets and events.
• Oversee vehicle scheduling, setup, maintenance, and cleanliness for on-time deployments.
• Ensure food safety and cold-chain compliance for perishable products.
• Train and manage brand ambassadors; monitor performance and coach in real time.
• Collaborate with Sales to drive in-store trial and POS conversion.
• Monitor program metrics and manage sampling budgets and vendor relations.
