Job summary

Chobani is seeking an on-campus Retail Sales & Execution Specialist to bring College & University customer strategies to life through on-campus execution. You will work with campus operators, ensure product availability and visibility, and support new item launches.

You will collaborate with Key Account Managers and cross-functional teams to maintain consistent product presence, promote sampling programs, and drive business development across university channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or years of experience in combination with education
• Retail sales, field execution, DSD, merchandising experience preferred
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Comfort working independently in stores
• Ability to influence without authority
• Attention to detail
• Comfort using mobile field tools
• Ability to manage a structured route schedule
• Ability to lift and build displays in store (30+ lbs)
• Calendar Planning and Organization experience
• Winning mindset

Responsibilities

• Support KAMs in executing customer strategies and business plans across College & University accounts.
• Serve as day-to-day field contact for campus locations and operator partners.
• Ensure products are available, merchandised, and represented across campus locations.
• Conduct regular campus visits and audits to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to expand Chobani's presence in campus channels.
• Communicate barriers, inventory concerns, and opportunities to KAMs and internal partners.
• Maintain ownership for execution standards across campuses.
• Plan and execute on-campus sampling, promotions, events, and student engagement.
• Support national, regional, and local promotional initiatives across campuses.
• Secure and execute incremental points of distribution and promotional placements.
• Coordinate campus activations with internal teams, agencies, distributors, and partners.
• Ensure sampling materials, POS, product, equipment, and event needs are coordinated.
• Serve as a Chobani brand ambassador with students and campus personnel.
• Gather feedback to identify insights and growth opportunities.
• Track activation results and share learnings with sales team.
• Conduct account audits and document market conditions and growth opportunities.
• Ensure SKUs are in stock across locations and manage orders with distribution partners.
• Maintain presence and upkeep of POS materials and displays.
• Execute daily/weekly account coverage for permanent placements and promotions.
• Act as primary account-level contact to resolve issues promptly.
• Surface sales opportunities to Chobani partners.
• Deliver against mission to make One Chobani best-executed brand at retail.
