Job summary

Chobani is seeking a Retail Sales & Execution Specialist – College & University to bring on-campus strategies to life, strengthen product availability and visibility, and support new item launches. You will work with Key Account Managers and cross-functional partners to ensure One Chobani is well executed across campus locations, handling sampling, merchandising, and promotional programs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Retail sales, field execution, DSD, merchandising experience preferred.
Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
Comfort working independently in stores.
Ability to influence without authority.
Comfort using mobile field tools.
Structured route planning and organization.
Ability to lift and build displays in store (30+ lbs).
Winning mindset and motivation to drive results.

Responsibilities

Support Key Account Managers in executing customer strategies and business plans.
Serve as day-to-day field contact for campus locations and operator partners.
Ensure Chobani products are available, merchandised, and represented.
Conduct campus visits and audits to identify gaps and growth opportunities.
Plan on-campus sampling, promotions, events and student engagement.
Coordinate activations with internal teams, campus partners, and distributors.
Maintain ownership for execution standards across campuses or territories.
Track activation results and communicate learnings to the sales team.
