Job summary

Matador Distributing LLC seeks an Account Sales Manager to perform outside sales across an assigned route of accounts, driving product sales and displays at large and small format stores. You will upsell inventory, cooler space and displays while servicing customers to Red Bull execution standards.

Responsibilities include delivering products, maintaining paperwork, increasing sales, building customer relationships, and meeting KPIs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Clear background and drug test.
• Knowledge of the beverage market preferred.
• Prior sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage products and relationships with customer contacts for sale of products at assigned accounts, informing customers of new products.
• Delivers product to correct addresses; maintains signed invoices and other paperwork and delivers documentation to staff when delivery is complete.
• Determine current and ongoing product needs at accounts and look for ways to increase sales.
• Ensure that all Red Bull equipment is clean and in good working order.
• Perform outside sales functions including increasing sales and placement of products.
• Establish and maintain friendly and professional relationships with customers to increase sales and selling space.
• Evaluate competitors’ activities and communicate with District Manager.
• Meet monthly KPIs for sales, distribution, pricing, displays, and new accounts.
• Build and protect the Red Bull brand through proper rotation and brand flow.
• Collaborate with RBNA sales teams to develop and execute programs.
• Work across the organization and share best practices; act as a leader among peers.
• Ensure delivery vehicle maintenance and report service needs.
• Operate truck according to state and federal laws.
• Increase inventory and diversity of products at each account and improve in-store branding.
