Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company is seeking an Account Sales Manager to drive outside sales and manage relationships with key accounts on an assigned route. You will increase product sales and plan displays, while upholding Red Bull execution standards.

The role emphasizes collaboration across teams, meeting monthly sales and distribution goals, and maintaining brand integrity at each account. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift 25 pounds are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, account management and DSD is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean motor vehicle record and DOT driving standards.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Manage products and relationships with customer contacts for sale of our products at assigned RBDC accounts.
• Determine current and ongoing product needs at accounts and look for ways to increase sales.
• Ensure that all Red Bull equipment is clean and in good working order.
• Perform outside sales functions.
• Evaluate competitors' activities and price changes.
• Meet monthly goals focused on sales, distribution, pricing, display and new account setup.
• Build and protect the Red Bull brand through proper rotation to ensure fresh product and correct brand flow.
• Increase inventory and diversity of products at each RBDC assigned account and improve in-store branding while delivering fresh product.
• Work collaboratively across the organization and share best practices.
• Be a major contributor/leader among peer group.
• Maintain the relationship with customer contacts at each RBDC assigned account.
• Obtainment of DOT Medical card
