Job summary

Omya Specialty Materials is seeking a seasoned technical sales/support professional to grow our water and wastewater business in the Northeast US. You will provide technical input, support market development, and drive revenue through projects from concept to sale.

The role requires 5+ years in field and lab settings, with travel up to 50% and a flexible work location within the Northeast/Mid-Atlantic region. A chemistry or chemical engineering degree is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of field and laboratory experience in the wastewater treatment process.
• Experience supporting sales and market development required.
• Based in Northeast or Mid Atlantic preferred; willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement applications of water and wastewater products across the northeast US.
• Provide on-site technical support during trials, pilots and implementation.
• Develop and communicate technical and commercial solutions to customers.
• Generate revenue through project development from concept to sale.
• Conduct lab tests and interpret data to advance projects.
• Attend trade shows and conference events to grow market knowledge.
