PharmcareUSA in Ohio is seeking an Account Manager to strengthen our long term care pharmacy network. This full-time role includes travel to nursing and assisted living facilities, driving to customer sites, and delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Main duties include facility visits, coordinating with the pharmacy team, managing orders and inventory, conducting routine audits, and supporting the consulting team while upholding regulatory compliance. Mileage reimbursement is provided.

Qualificações

• Strong analytical skills and critical thinking to evaluate client needs and compliance.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities to address facility challenges.
• Proven relationship management with healthcare partners and facilities.
• Commitment to ethical practice and patient safety in LTC settings.
• Clear consultation skills to advise clients and internal teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint, for reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Visit multiple facilities monthly to ensure quarterly visits as part of client management.
• Attend in-services on LinkRx and StatSafe as needed and perform StatSafe audits.
• Perform cycle exchanges and ensure accurate medication preparation and delivery.
• Attend quarterly Performance Improvement Meetings and support the Consulting team.
• Serve as main point of contact for facilities for issues, updates, and complaints.
• Communicate facility changes to the pharmacy team and ensure regulatory compliance.
