Job summary

SpecialtyRx, Inc. is seeking an Account Executive - PTCB/LPN to service long-term care facilities around the Akron/Canton, OH region. You will maintain relationships under supervision to ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations.

The ideal candidate has LTC pharmacy experience, CUBEX/ADS familiarity, and strong client-support skills. Travel across the Akron/Canton area is required, with competitive pay and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• LPN license preferred.
• PTCB certification with LTC experience preferred.
• Must reside near Akron/Canton OH area.
• CUBEX/ADS experience preferred.
• Experience in nursing home or LTC pharmacy setting preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare procedures and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency with Word/Excel.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and perform regular on-site visits to assigned client facilities.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and service requests from facilities.
• Understand client needs with empathy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with pharmacy staff to address client facility issues and provide timely solutions.
• Conduct audits of medication and treatment carts for survey readiness.
• Review par levels for antibiotics, PO/IV meds, and back-up boxes; prevent expired meds.
• Verify emergency boxes are sealed and stocked with non-expired meds.
• Foster relationships with Administrators and Directors of Nursing at client facilities.
• Manage CUBEX and ADS restocking and troubleshooting.
