Cardinal Health is seeking an Account Manager to cultivate and maintain relationships with an assigned set of Medical Products and Distribution customers. You will bridge the customer supply chain with Cardinal Health teams to ensure flawless service and value delivery.

The role requires 2–4 years in customer management, strong communication, and MS Office proficiency, with up to 35% travel to client sites as needed. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

• 2–4 years of customer management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee assigned Medical Products and Distribution customer relationships and service needs.
• Bridge relationships between customer supply chain and Cardinal Health teams for flawless service.
• Support customer expectations through proactive account reviews and engagement of initiatives.
• Prevent order disruption by addressing inventory issues, substitutions, and standardization.
• Resolve open order issues by reviewing reports, analyzing trends, and coordinating with customers.
• Advocate for customers across Cardinal Health teams for rapid issue resolution.
• Track, measure, and report KPIs monthly.
• Build long-term trusted relationships to support retention and growth.
