Job summary

Pursuit is seeking an Account Manager to own a territory of apartment communities across the Dallas–Fort Worth area. You will build relationships with property managers and maintenance teams, drive sales, and learn construction estimating through full training.

This full-time role offers base salary plus uncapped commission with first-year OTE of $95K–$130K and top reps earning $200K+. Travel across Denton/Lewisville and surrounding DFW; in-field days 10am–3pm, one in-office day per week.

Qualifications

• Construction background preferred but not required.
• Strong work ethic and coachability.
• Excellent communication in person and in the field.
