Rove is seeking an Account Manager to join our Ohio team, based in or near Cleveland. You will travel within a 100-mile radius, work full-time, and handle customer education for our cannabis products. The role includes incentive opportunities and benefits after a waiting period.

You will collaborate with the Sales & Marketing team, develop growth strategies for existing accounts, and represent the brand at industry events. A 21+ age requirement and 1–3 years of relevant experience are preferred.

Formación

• Must be aged 21 or older.
• 1–3 years of experience in account management and/or outside sales is preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop customer success strategies to drive sales and growth within existing accounts.
• Make cold calls and reach out to dispensaries and delivery services in your region.
• Promote Rove products and educate customers at vendor days and events.
• Foster long-term relationships with staff and retail buyers.
• Develop sales strategies and meet sales quotas.
