Job summary

Rove is seeking a vibrant Brand Ambassador to join its growing team. This part-time, W‑2 role is based out of Sacramento, CA, with travel within a 100‑mile radius and up to 29 hours per week. Mileage is reimbursed, and benefits are not offered.

Responsibilities include promoting products, educating customers, and maintaining brand integrity. You will build relationships with dispensaries and retail buyers, manage event kits, and work with CRM to track activity.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer success strategies to drive sales and growth within existing accounts.
• Promote and educate customers about Rove products at vendor days.
• Make recommendations to dispensaries to improve promotions and brand integrity.
• Manage product event kits and visual merchandising.
• Learn and perform inventory counts at dispensaries carrying Rove products.
• Serve as the face of the brand and share Rove’s core values.
• Foster long-term relationships with staff and retail buyers.
• Address customer needs and issues promptly.
• Use CRM to maintain activity records.
• Demonstrate fluency and passion for Rove products.
• Learn about products to pass knowledge to customers.
• Be a role model for respect, integrity, teamwork, and accountability.
• Be available for evenings and weekends.
• Capable of lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.
