Zusammenfassung

Rove is seeking a vibrant Account Manager to join its New Jersey team based in Hackettstown. This full-time, exempt, W-2 role involves traveling within a 100-mile radius, up to 40+ hours weekly, and serving as the face of the brand with dispensaries and delivery services.

You'll educate customers on Rove products, build relationships, hit sales quotas, and participate in regional marketing efforts. Compensation includes $70k-$80k salary plus up to 20% bonus; benefits begin after waiting period.

Qualifikationen

• 1-3 years of account management or outside sales experience.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Must have valid driver's license and vehicle for travel.

Aufgaben

• Develop customer success strategies to drive sales within existing accounts.
• Make cold calls and reach out to dispensaries and delivery services in region.
• Promote and educate customers about Rove products, company ethos, services, pricing and events.
• Make recommendations to dispensaries and retailers to improve promotions and brand integrity.
• Learn inventory counts at dispensaries and customers while on the road.
• Foster long-term relationships with staff and retail buyers.
• Develop sales strategies and meet sales quotas.
• Execute regional marketing/promotional strategies and tactics.
