Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3–5 years of successful B2B sales experience in MRO, industrial, safety, or distribution.
• Fluent English and Spanish, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand relationships within assigned accounts and sell Grainger’s products, services, and value-added solutions.
• Maintain a disciplined call plan with roughly 80% field activity and 20% administrative work.
• Own and deliver against sales, margin, and growth targets for assigned accounts.
• Develop and execute structured account plans using internal tools to identify opportunities.
• Manage pipeline and CRM-tracked activities to monitor performance.
• Expand adoption of Grainger value-added solutions to increase customer stickiness and wallet share.
