Job summary

AlaBev is seeking an Independent C Store Account Manager to drive pre-sell efforts across our beverage portfolio. This route-based role calls on 80-100 accounts weekly, with Monday–Friday schedule and physical labor involved. You will grow sales, distribution, and relationships with retail partners in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma, B2B sales experience, and the ability to lift 20 lbs. Health, dental, vision, and 401K match are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales preferred.
• Able to lift up to 20 lbs and perform manual tasks.

Responsibilities

• Call on 80–100 accounts per week as part of a route-based pre-sell role.
• Work Monday through Friday in a fast-paced environment to grow sales and distribution.
• Build and maintain relationships with retail partners to expand shelf presence.
• Communicate effectively with team and customers to meet targets.
