Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company in Missouri is seeking an Account Manager to sell and order product for customer accounts. You will act as the frontline liaison, rotate stock by date, and support the merchandising team to keep products stocked.

The role requires traveling locally, strong customer service skills, and reliable vehicle; you will work Monday–Friday, with a 6 am–4 pm shift. This full-time position offers benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years of work experience required.
• Customer service experience in retail or sales targets role preferred.
• Basic computer application and technology skills required.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and clean driving record within policy guidelines.
• Must use personal vehicle with reimbursement and provide business-use insurance.
• Flexible schedule; some holidays may be required.

Responsibilities

• Orders product at accounts on an assigned sales route using tech for processing.
• Sell events, marketing programs, CMA, and feature ad activity to meet standards.
• Build, change, and remove product displays; manage pricing and stock.
• Communicate account activities with customers; collaborate with merchandisers and drivers.
• Ensure merchandising standards; stock beverage sections and display areas.
• Maintain end-to-end ownership of the account through action and communication.
