Qualifications

• 2–3 years of sales experience in agricultural, turf, or compact construction equipment.
• Self-directed with ability to balance showroom time, cold-calling, and on-site visits.
• Culture-first mindset with teamwork and customer focus.
• Tech-savvy with CRM to track leads and quotes.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Proactive territory management: identify new commercial accounts, landscapers, and contractors.
• Coordinate and conduct on‑site equipment demonstrations.
• Consultative selling: pair buyers with the right machinery and attachments.
• Oversee delivery and onboarding to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Parts and Service for seamless post-sale support.
