P&K Midwest is seeking an Account Representative for Turf, Lawn, and Compact Construction Equipment in Waterloo, IA. You will build relationships with homeowners, landscapers, contractors, and property owners, managing a diverse portfolio from residential tractors to commercial mowers and skid-steers.

The role emphasizes proactive territory management, on-site demonstrations, consultative selling, and seamless delivery with cross‑department collaboration to ensure lifetime customer satisfaction.

Competenze

• 2–3 years of sales experience in agricultural, turf, or compact construction equipment.
• Self-directed with ability to balance showroom time, cold-calling, and on-site visits.
• Culture-first mindset with teamwork and customer focus.
• Tech-savvy with CRM to track leads and quotes.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.

• Proactive territory management: identify new commercial accounts, landscapers, and contractors.
