Job summary

P&K is seeking a proactive Account Representative for Turf, Lawn, and CCE to grow a local territory and build lasting customer relationships. You’ll demonstrate equipment on-site and tailor solutions for homeowners, landscapers, and contractors.

With 2–3 years of turf or equipment sales, you will manage demonstrations, coordinate deliveries, and collaborate with Parts and Service to deliver lifetime support. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of sales experience in turf, agricultural, or compact equipment.
• Willingness to travel within the territory.
• Proactive and self-directed with strong communication and customer-focus.

Responsibilities

• Grow territory by identifying and pursuing new accounts (landscapers, contractors, homeowners).
• Coordinate on-site equipment demonstrations to illustrate value and capabilities.
• Collaborate with Parts and Service to ensure seamless post-sale support and customer satisfaction.
• Manage deliveries, training, and onboarding for new equipment.
