Job summary

The Affinity Group is seeking an Account Executive to grow our Central & Northwest Wisconsin market, working in the La Crosse/Eau Claire area. You will build relationships, present client value, and drive sales through local events and distributor channels.

This role involves field outreach, strong communication, and independent management of the sales cycle, with travel to client sites and shows. A related degree and CRM proficiency are valued but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of foodservice sales or distribution sales experience.
• Strong communication & organization skills.
• Active Driver's License and a clean driving record.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute events (food shows, seminars) to showcase client offerings.
• Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders via calls, emails, and virtual presentations.
• Grow sales with distributors, merchandisers, buyers, and their sales teams.
• Travel locally to meet clients and operators face-to-face.
• Lead consultative sales presentations to distributors and buyers.
• Independently manage full sales cycle using CRM to ensure data accuracy.
• Guide prospects toward purchasing decisions using critical thinking.
