Job summary

Bridgestone HosePower is seeking an Account Manager for a B2B outside sales role in the Tampa area. You will build and manage relationships with established and prospective accounts, driving purchase orders and expanding market reach.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in outside sales, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while meeting quarterly quotas. Compensation includes base salary plus monthly commissions and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outside sales success preferred but not required.
• BA in Business or related field preferred, but not required.
• Highly organized with the ability to work independently.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can multi-task.
• Ability to meet and exceed target goals and quotas.

Responsibilities

• Contact established, inactive, and prospective accounts to solicit purchase orders.
• Sell into major markets and expand territories.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with accounts.
• Meet or exceed monthly quotas and budgets; grow YOY sales.
• Visit current customers and prospect potential clients in the region.
• Provide ongoing education within the product realm.
