Responsibilities

• Interact with large, complex accounts to support patient access within their therapeutic area product lines.
• Provide face‑to‑face or virtual education to providers and staff on programs to integrate products into office workflows.
• Explain NPC policies on ordering, payment, inventory, returns, and product management; ensure HIPAA and privacy compliance.
