Job summary

Novartis Group of Companies seeks an Associate Director, Access & Reimbursement (ADAR) to drive patient access across Minneapolis, MN, Saint Paul, MN and Milwaukee, WI. This remote/field-based role travels extensively to healthcare accounts, with a 60-mile commuting radius.

You will educate providers on buy-and-bill workflows, collaborate with NPC teams, and manage reimbursement strategies across complex accounts, shaping access programs and policy alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; business or biological science preferred; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years in pharmaceuticals/biotech with 2+ years in a patient services or field-based role.
• Experience with complex health systems and multi-provider accounts.
• Willingness to travel 60-80% within a broad geography.

Responsibilities

• Interact with large, complex accounts to support patient access and educate providers on programs.
• Analyze reimbursement issues and provide solutions to payers at the provider level.
• Educate on buy-and-bill workflows and end-to-end processes for centralized and decentralized acquisitions.
• Collaborate with NPC cross-functional teams to address customer needs and barriers.
• Travel 60-80% across the territory to support account activities.
